- Juvenile Justice Webinars: In 2023, we will present four 50-minute webinars on child toxic stress and its impact on youth who encounter the juvenile justice system. The webinars comply with the training protocol established pursuant to K.S.A. 20-318a. Judges, court staff, and attorneys are welcome to attend. All webinars start at noon.
